At the Elsmoat business park in Enter, Brink Staalbouw supplied the steel structure for a new multi-tenant business complex. The project was developed by Credon Bouwconcepten BV and features modern, circular business and office units in a prominent location directly along the N347. The units are offered for sale and lease by Ballast en Slagman.

We delivered a steel structure finished with Biocoat in the transparent ECO10 color. This coating supports the project’s circular ambitions and gives the building a clean and durable appearance. The structure is designed for flexibility, allowing units to be adapted or expanded easily to meet future needs.
