Nieuwland Park fase 2 

For the second construction phase of Business Parc Nieuwland in Alblasserdam, Brink Staalbouw delivered the steel structure. This expansion of the business park was commissioned by Bouwbedrijf Stout.

We worked on a 7,500 m² industrial hall and 1,200 m² of office space. The hall offers a flexible layout and can be divided into multiple rental units, making it suitable for various types of companies and users.

This phase continues the development started in the first phase, again based on a design by RoosRos Architecten. Bouwinzicht BV supported the project with advice and guidance throughout the construction process.

With this project, we helped create a future-proof and representative business complex ready for continued growth at the Nieuwland business park.
