In order to assess our performance through the eyes of our clients, we conducted an extensive customer satisfaction survey among our regular client relationships at the end of 2024. The average score was 8.5. Brink Staalbouw and Circulairstaal® received the highest ratings in the areas of speed & service (59.1%), product quality (50%), and sustainability (40.9%).
The results of the customer satisfaction survey confirm that our combination of capacity, reliability, craftsmanship, and sustainable innovation directly adds value for our clients. Additionally, we see that our position as a preferred supplier is firmly established in multiple market segments.
