Welkoop distribution center and service office in Apeldoorn

Commissioned by Systabo, we delivered the new distribution center with service office for Welkoop in Apeldoorn. Located at the Apeldoorn Noord II business park, this modern logistics facility was completed at the end of 2020 and serves as a central hub for Welkoop’s logistics and operational support.

The complex consists of approximately 3,500 m² of service office space and a distribution center of around 20,000 m². Combining logistics and office functions within one facility enables efficient cooperation and streamlined supply chain operations. The distribution center was designed with future-ready logistics processes in mind.

This steel structure is a strong example of Brink Staalbouw’s work on large-scale logistics buildings.
