XXL steel construction for DC Drunen

At Lipsstraat in Drunen, we delivered the XXL steel structure for a new distribution center of approximately 30,000 m², commissioned by Systabo. The project was developed by VolkerWessels Logistics Development and is located at the Metal Valley business park, directly adjacent to the A59 motorway. This strategic location ensures excellent accessibility for national and international logistics operations.

The steel structure weighs approximately 1,000 tons and is fully powder coated in white, providing a durable finish and a high-quality appearance. Assembly started at the end of 2023. Around the turn of the year, the office wing with multi-storey floors and the first bay of the warehouse were already in place, reflecting the efficient execution of the project.

With this project, Brink Staalbouw demonstrates its expertise in large-scale steel structures for logistics real estate, combining speed, quality and precise planning.
